This blog is for those interested in Buddhism and a ‘Paleo’ style living.

As for the other aspect pertinent to this blog, I’ve always lead and been interested in an active lifestyle with sports, a good diet, and any research that might improve the quality or longevity of my life. I’ve enjoyed applying ‘life hacks’ to see how they effect me.

The two life hacks that have lasted the longest have been living a lay buddhist philosophy, and eating/exercising according to the Primal philosophy.

I hope to share and develop my understanding of these concepts with you.

    I didn’t come to your blog for the Paleo, or the Buddhism. However, your ability to articulate yourself and your understanding of the philosophies you follow, is outstanding. I look forward to reading more of your posts, and sharing what you’ve written with my friends.

    Hi there. Great blog. I did a Google search for Paleo Zen and came across this. I, too, find the Buddhist philosophy intriguing and am following a low carb paleo diet since I tried regular paleo but couldn’t lose weight without cutting my carbs down.
